Grant and I went over to Carolyn and Dave Bake's today and learn how to make wheat bread. We are trying to be more self sufficient. Grant is the one that wants to make our own bread. Pretty good guy huh. He did a great job. I am sure that I will get involved probably with the clean up but I don't mind that, as I will get the benefits of homemade bread! They made three large loaves, three small loves and some rolls.

I love homemade bread! For some reason it always tastes better at your house, why is that? Tell Grant I have some yummy homemade strwberry jam that would taste really, really good with it. I guess you'll have to come to Bakersfield for that!
